Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Domestic shipping (US): Standard (3–5 business days) and expedited (1–2 business days) options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Golden Creels.
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
To start a return, email support@goldencreels.co.uk with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid return label (the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Need a different size, length, or power? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost on the first exchange per order.
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or full refund, plus a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is likely already in fulfillment, and you'll need to follow our standard return process.
